Department of Designing and Environmental Analysis in the New York State College of Human Ecology at Cornell University This article reports on a postoccupancy evaluation of Creative Living, Inc., in Columbus, Ohio, which at the time of this study was the only HUD-sponsored apartments for quadriplegics (those paralyzed from the neck down).
